Quieter, More Comfortable Living Spaces

Between-floor spray foam insulation improves both thermal performance and sound control. It’s ideal for multi-level homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial spaces where comfort and privacy matter.

Clients often choose to have the floor systems between levels sprayed with low-density foam, commonly referred to as "half-pound foam" due to its density of half a pound per cubic foot. This foam serves as an excellent sound deadener and has been tested to meet the Building Code of Canada's certified STC-rated assemblies.

In residential or commercial settings, this foam is typically applied when there will be a secondary suite in the basement or when sound deadening is necessary for spaces like media rooms or exercise areas. The key advantage of this system lies in its application to the underside of the floor, allowing for liquid application around obstructions and ensuring adhesion to wiring, ducts, and framing members within the floor assembly..

This spray foam application offers the benefits of, providing exceptional sound deadening and ensuring compliance with building codes for enhanced comfort and regulatory adherence in your space.
